I think one of my plants is a Lavender, how would I go about taking cuttings from it?

This was on Beechgrove garden this week I think. You can watch it on iPlayer if you're not in Scotland. They talk through taking cuttings, including lavender.

Just as a matter of interest, Kyle, "French" Lavender is reputedly less hardy than the Old English Lavender and shorter lived.:what::D

I've taken some! First ones I did weren't 'heel cuttings', so now I have some which are heel cuttings and some that aren't.. so should end up with some, either way!

        Hi Kyle,

This Youtube clip shows you how to do it. I took 9 cuttings last week, and, at the mo', they seem to be ok.
