I have a few garlic rounds that didnt form cloves and read earlier in the year that these can be replanted for next year.

What should I do to it before replanting? e.g remove the roots? remove the stalk?

how much of the stalk should I remove?

Should I also remove the skin?

Do I let them dry like the other garlic?

    thanks :)

Snip the stalk off to the same length as shop bought/garden centre bought garlic bulbs and re-plant in October. Roots and outer bulb wrappers (skins) only need to be removed for presentation purposes and is completely unnecessary with rounds. Keep them dry before re-planting. They should produce larger garlic bulbs than those formed from re-planting individual cloves.

Thank you! I did really well with most of my garlic but got a three or four rounds. My entire garden is likely to be garlic next year as I just bought new different bulbs. I'm getting all excited about it again :)
