There was a big hullaballoo a couple of years back about an American variety called Sioux - which was voted best tasting variety by Gardening Which magazine. Subsequently, quite a few seed suppliers in the uk were sold out of Sioux in the rush to try them. However, I haven't noticed anyone raving about Sioux since.

What about a new tomato growing thread for 2012, with the 1st post being updated with what toms we're all growing this year - I'm growing about 20?

I thought it was odd that even though so many uk growers were apparently trying it for the first time that there would have been later a deluge of posts on the gardening sites saying that they either loved the variety or hated it.
But there seemed to be little or no comment.
