    Hi, earlier this year I built 3 raised vegatable beds, everything I have grown has been excellent. However I tried some late peas and they have grown and produced several peas in a short time. Trouble is they are under attack by powdery mildew and I am surprised by the speed it has damaged the plants, some are almost dead after little over a week. I have a suspicion that the mildew may have been in the mushroom compost which I mixed in equal amounts to top soil.
    I have sprayed with milk solution and baking powder on seperate ocasions and there is some new growth
    My question is, can this be prevented rather than cured.

      Hi, Sprue. I had a look on the internet and there is a shop just 7 miles from where I live,and they have some mildew resistant varieties I have never heard of.

      Cheers.:dbgrtmb::dbgrtmb::dbgrtmb::happydance:
