Do you drink any herbal tea and if so which one? I have tried the cranberry/raspberry and it is really delicious.

Sencha Green tea at night (just before bed)

Rooibos (Redbush) tea from south africa after breakfast

add a Solgar Omnium multivitamin daily, eat balanced meals, loads of water daily, some excercise .... and your immune system will be strong

Most of them you will find a well stocked supermarket (Tesco, Waitrose) you can also pick them up from local Chinese supermarkets and specialist tea shops

:) The fruit teas are pleasant, but the most horrible herbal tea and probably the most beneficial I have ever tasted is Chamomile.....it's absolutely vile......but somebody must like it.

Chamomile definitely tastes better the more you drink it!! I was given it at 16 to try so maybe it's an acquired taste :heehee:

Some of the tea pigs bags are really good....but at least over £5 for a box....they are in silk bags or something though....and you don't get many.

Worst I've ever tasted, definitely green tea and pear......now that is a combination that really doesnt work for me. I'm happy with green tea on it's own :) Not keen on ones with vanilla in either....bit sickly for my taste.

Marks and Sparks strawberry and raspberry i'm on at the moment......lovely!!

Hi rod! I actually don't dilslike chamomile tea, although I am not crazy for it. Young children also like it generally.

Aesculus...I also love ice tea: lemon or peach taste, I would drink litres of it (but better not, there is a lot of sugar in it).

I know I should really watch my sugar intake as diabetes runs in the family:( but I do love it:heehee: especially when Lidl's used to have theirs at 99p for 2 litres although only a few stores sell the peach version:dbgrtmb:

Just picked up a massive case of liptons peach ice tea in 500ml bottles :) was from Costco so only about £3 for about twelve or more bottles. I agree.... Now that I could drink all day long!!! Not keen on the lemon one though.

Green tea is meant to be a good one for detoxing I hear.

Got some chamomile in a pot in the garden (although it's trying to grow just about everywhere outside of the pot), could i maybe cut the flower to make tea, and if so would they need to be dried for some time in advance?
