        not 'officially' but am sure that some 'dodgy' butchers include them in their 'special' sausages

        like in Italy .... much of the salami includes donkey?

        Nope .... no donkey or lizard .... finest pork, with beef, plus spices and breadcrumbs and packed in fresh intestine ...

        try sell a kak boerewors in south africa and you will be lynched and bancrupt in a week ... it's a staple diet there
