Do the same as I did.
Put the form in the bag and leave it outside. There is no need to even put your name on it.

The people collecting are not the ones that are interested in the form.
If the bag is there the chocolates will be left.

It's an opt-in scenario. No bag. No chocs. Take the Gift Horse's offer.
    Mine's the Brazil Nut.

      Since I can't stand Thornton's chocolates it's academic.

What never ceases to amaze me however is that when everyone seems so paranoid about identity theft and the 'must have' gadget is a cross-cut shredder, not only will they leave empty delivery boxes out for collection by the dustman without removing the name and address labels emblazoned all over them so that any passing Tom, Dick or Harry can read them, but they're gullible enough to fill in a form and leave it out for anyone to collect.

They'll be very lucky if a few chocolates are the only things they get - I suspect all the questions are totally irrelevant and it's nothing more than an exercise to prove just how stupid people really are.

I love filling in these sort of surveys :yess:

I hope they aren't expecting to extrapolate information about me from them as I'm a different person every time and my details vary from me being a young male to an elerly female to a coloured, blind, paraplegic hermaphrodite. With apologies to anyone that may be like that. :heehee:
