Christmas Shopping.

A married couple had been out shopping in the town centre for most of the afternoon.

Suddenly, the wife realized that her husband had "disappeared".

The somewhat irate spouse called her mate's cell phone and demanded: "Where the hell are you?"

Husband: "Darling, you remember that Jewellery shop where you saw the diamond necklace and totally fell in love with it and I didn't have money at the time and said, 'Baby, it'll be yours one day'?"

Wife, with a smile, blushing: "Yes I remember that, my love."

Husband: "Well, I'm in the Pub next to that shop."

Years of practical experience suggests that the pub is a good idea.
OH gets a free hand to browse around all the boring "Girlie" shops without complaint and, when she gets tired, knows where to find the taxi driver.
The only problem is that she can lose track of time and, being a man, I can lose control and overimbibe.
Ah well, there's always a proper taxi

 

and when she does find him, he's unable to drive!

 

First time the mrs took the little ones into town without the buggy they went straight into the pub.
