        I probably first saw it within a couple of years of when your pic was taken, plus many times since. There's normally loads of finches hanging around the car park at Malmsmead that will be all over your car if you've a few breadcrumbs.

          I thought I would bring this back up with some clues.

          It's the capital of a country, north of the equator, that is 900,000 sq km. The name of the capital sounds like something you have on the dinner table at Christmas.

          Harry got the country, Italy, that this town is in. It's in the Umbria region and its population is about 33,000. The Palazzo in the background was built nearly 700 years ago and is now a museum.
