Had it done up 3 times after that, each time I put it on the market, scumbags broke in and ripped everything out.

Last time they had the hot water tank out, left water pouring down thru the house, had every last bit of copper pipe, radiators, wiring out.

Even tried to take the stairs out.

sold it as an empty shell for £14 k

    3 bedroom detached victorian vicarage.

Still want to move to Wales?

14k for a house though, did you sell it at auction? Was it a rough area?

      "Rough area"

I doubt it , it was the fact of an ENGLISHMAN owning property in WALES

Usually they are burnt down whilst you are away
Or just ransaked for all its saleable bits whilst some Welsh bint is living free in it
      It depends where it is
I have Welsh relatives in Bridgend South Glamorgan, a big town, property there is OK but you are not REALLY welcome
North Wales is a different story English are hated there If resident, but not if visiting spending money

There again if you actually live there, integrate, and work hard at it you are acceptable, but never belong IMHO

Zig, being a non Welsh speaking South Walien, I would NEVER visit North Wales, I would be treated worse than any English person. Val, if you want to live in Wales, then come south.:dbgrtmb: We are friendly, caring and, for the most part, English speaking.
