    There are some great choices here!

    I thought that the Kill Bill films were the greatest "no brainer" films ever made!

    Here's one to look out for if you like your films a little "off the wall" - it's called Dead Man.........

        I got a long one, Steven King's The Stand.

        On 2 dvd's, about 6 hours.

        The feature film cut of Das Boot is awesome too.

        I always struggled with Stephen Kings books. Interesting too that his short stories make better films - The Shawshank Redemption and Stand By Me.

        Gonna need clue #2 at least!

        Thinking about it, another successful film adaptation of Stephen Kings writings was the Green Mile - not a short story, but a series (3 or 4 I think) of books!
