Hi, I've got some bamboo in pots, I was thinking about taking it out and planting it in a bed on its own out of the pots, I was wondering if i did this, would I have and problems with it in the future such as, rapid aggressive growth?, I'm not to sure if i have running or clumping bamboo?

Looks like Pseudosasa Japonica, which is the Usain Bolt of bamboos.

You'll need to put a barrier around that one.

I would dig down even further than 28" - I put some in around Sues bamboo that was 80cm deep and 10mm thick, yet it has gone under that and is now coming up in the lawn!
