    Better stick to plain old water
    I was buying the isotonic drinks, running and working out to lose weight
    then read the can, contains 600 calories
    I was putting more in than I was burning off :cry3:

    I know its shocking isn't it. I've been doing some research though and you can buy just the electrolytes (salts in effect) that you mix with water, so that you get a zero calorie isotonic drink. But you're right, its a shame such drinks don't seem to be widely available.
