Minus 7 overnight, the water bottle next to my bed froze nearly solid.

5Lts will last a week but when it reaches -9 outside it struggles I am lucky there is a old type DIY shop that stocks paraffin for the factories to clean down machinary so only 99p/ltr.
If this freeze does continue all my efforts will be wasted anyway not cost effective to boost the heat to compete with -9 for very long just cover everything in bubble wrap newspaper polystyrene anything you have and pray!

You should just work harder, then you won't be cold.:nono::heehee:

I have to say that I'm enjoying it. I've even been tempted to bunk off early a couple of times this week, and make my way down to the coast for a nice walk along the seashore at Cuckmere Haven. Sadly I couldn't but I really have enjoyed working out in it with the bright sunshine and sharp fresh air.:)
