    Got about 30 tiny seedlings come up, gonna get myself a porch swing, harmonica and a blues guitar.:chicken:

      I was thinking about growing some tomacco this year.


      Not suitable for ziggy to grow with all those sheep about:

        i have smoked something that was home grown when i was younger but dont think it was baccy :heehee::heehee: but it was good if i remember right

          We have quite a few seedlings coming up but not sure we are going to be able to keep them going..........depends on whether this weather stays like it is. If it does then we have a head start! Might have to introduce some heat to the greenhouse to keep them going!:thumbsup:

              i might wait a month then,my greenhouse isnt heated just bubble wrapped but then im only planning to do a trial run of maybe 6 plants each of 3 varieties as i dont think il have much more space on the garden,so i could keep them in the house til may :D x
              how many are u planning planting zig all 30 seedlings? and moyra do u plan to grow a lot?? x

              I'll probably do more than 30, put em around the house to make it look pretty while i'm selling it.

              Joolz, I am not sure how many we shall end up growing but it's really our first attempt so my son smokes, filthy habit, and we thought we would see if we could grow anything that resembles his golden virginia. :loll:

              Seriously it depends how easy or difficult it is to grow. In the meantime it will be trial and error.:)

                He wishes he was moyra!:heehee:zig couldnt afford to feed a hound dog, ya cant grow dog food i dont think :scratch::heehee:
                its our 1st attempt with tabacco so fingers crossed x plus we are all here together doing it so that helps :thumbsup: bring it on :loll: x

                  Have you ever tried chewing tobacco ziggy ! hrrrrrrrr purrtttttt...ding :chicken: Worst thing I have tasted in my life ! Miners used to chew it, as lighting a ciggy down the pit was a bit of a no no . They also used snuff , another don't go there moment of my life. :D

                    Not tried Chewing tobacco Harry, but Snuff was quite a craze back in School. Do they still do it, i've not looked for ages?

                    Well you should maintain humidity levels , in there. But don't bend down for the soap :D
