Had three tries with 'Upload a File' but didn't work - although it showed it had uploaded 100%.

      Only worked with Photobucket.

FYI everyone - sorry the smileys are in a mess but there's no system in XF for choosing the order of them. But we are working on the developers to get them to do it! as soon as it's available (but don't hold your breath!) I'll get it installed.

Until then, hope you can manage with the ones I have put in.

No problem with that, Daisees :dbgrtmb:. We'll soon get used to it - but some of the smilies seem to be off the right side of the screen. I managed to capture this one because its hand just came onto the screen. It's face can't be seen :phew:

If you have a narrow browser window the Smilies popup gets "clipped" by the edge of your browser and you see this:

      GC_Smilies1.jpg

whereas if you can make your screen wider the Smiles Popup goes off the edge of the thread, but is still visible like this:

      Thanks Kristen,
GC comes to 1cm from the edge of the screen. How do I make it fit the screen?

If your screen is only the width of the messages in this thread, plus a cm either side, that's all you can do.

If the WINDOW that your Browser is showing you is only part of the width of your SCREEN you can make the Window bigger (but I'm sure you know that)

I'm surprised, on a modern computer, that the width of this thread fills the width of your SCREEN. The design of the "thread display" is, I think, 949 pixels wide, so that suggests you may be on 1024 x 768 - I suppose that is not that uncommon now I think about it.

Other possibilities are that you have the text-size turned up so you can see it "bigger"? If not maybe you need to increase the screen resolution. Right Click the Windows Wallpaper and choose Properties or Screen-resolution (depending on your version of Windows) and see what is offered. Usually when you change it you get 5 seconds (at the new resolution) to decide if you are too blind !! to read it that small! or if it looks rubbish for some other reason; you can also change it back later on if you don't like it of course.

Mine screen-resolution change program looks like this:

There's not a cage built that can hold me!

I return and all is tumult! All looks good though.
