That brewery reminded me of one near here,

So thats where the builders went afterwards

 

Heh - thats the Cascade Brewery - apparently it was built by convicts for a couple of Brits (one of whom was locked up for debt evasion at the time) who ran the local saw mill in the 1830s ; not sure what that sez about Shepton Mallet..
