What about Hebe or Escallonia. Hebe's grow fairly quickly, but will take a few years to establish properly.

I think the bonemeal may have killed them all that and the small holes.I'm gonna buy the 2L Pots 60/90cm this time, but before i order them i was wondering how deep and wide do i dig the trench? And do i fill the trench in before i get the trees so i can test it for drainage or leave it empty until then plant them? oh and is root grow any good? i don't think i'm gonna use bonemeal again.
