    I think the real problems will occur once they have everyone on a meter.

    The price will just be upped and upped in order to provide as much profit as possible.
    All the time there are still people on water rates and only some on meters they want to make the metered water appear attractive.
    Once you go on a meter they have got you, no turning back.

    I can see water going the same way as gas and electricity.
    Massive profits. Easily maintained by a yearly hike in price per cubic metre.

          Just like the other utility companies, transfer to us we are cheaper, until everyone was on board and wham there you go sir, obviously we could not be cheaper for ever MUG
