Very good; they should have sang Dead Ringer for Love (Meatloaf & Cher), that would have been interesting..:blue thumb:

You just kind of knew they were going to be good though after Simon had made a negative comment to a fellow judge as they walked on and then the show spent time showing background info via the backstage interview...:blue thumb:

When it comes to 'talent shows', The Voice on the BBC is better than X-Factor/BGT, purely because you don't get Simon telling kids who can sing that they don't have the right image to be a pop 'star'.

Couldn't get the video at first (not available in Portugal) but have now ... and just more amazed than I was last night ... stunning, and I think they work together.

I must confess I don't watch the show and didn't know it had started again but had already seen a clip of him singing before reading these posts so thought you might like to see him singing on his own....

You will need to scroll down a bit until you come to his video clip...:snork:

I agree with Kyle re The Voice. It's only been on a couple of times but I'm really enjoying it - especially the interaction between the judges (and nobody gets ridiculed).

I do also watch BGT and X Factor, but I tend to watch the audition stages and then stop watching once they get to the shows because they don't tend to put people through on singing ability.
