    I like the change
    Some comment
I think the small path leading to the seat looks out of place, or the two paves to the right need to be on the left, or a couple of those hexagonal paves IMHO
Did you do the back of the gate/door too with preservative ? as the front looks great last pic, first pic of the back looks in need of a coating

    Impressive work though :dbgrtmb:

The paving is only temporary, they were just laying around and the grass edging will be realigned.
The back gate will also be replaced and more perennials and shrubs to go in.
I haven't really started on the front garden yet!

How did I miss this Thread until now?? I've got to say I take my hat off to you, Strongy. To have achieved such a change in such a short time must have taken an awful lot of work and effort..............and all worth it!!:snork:

      You know the phrase
'I don't know how I found the time to go to work'
well I couldn't have done so much if I was still at work.

      Still plenty to do Armandii:rolleyespink:

Give the man a chance, Jack! It's taken us three months to get around to replacing the bulb in a light fitting! :heehee:

      PS Good work, Strongy.

Thanks Clare, it is in it's infancy so things will change, borders and edges are not final so there is still a lot to do.

Thanks Freddy, now we might get the much needed rain to keep things growing.

I thought I'd add a couple of back garden updates.

March (when it was warm:smile: ). The soil is so poor it goes a sickly looking light grey when dry.

:) That's looking a bit more 'lived in' now strongy. You've done a smashing job there! :dbgrtmb: What do you look at when you're sitting on the bench?
