Me to be a wee while yet as its bitter cold and wet.

But will be taking more tip cuttings soon again.

As they grow when at their 3rd pair of leaves shall be pinching out again .

And the cycle starts again fuchsia cuttings galore.

Will keep them growing straight till hieght I want before pinching out fo rhead.

Joolz look for a 3 leaf onyour fuchsia then pot it up as these are best for standards .

You can do with 2 leafs but a 3 makes a better standard.

If I have another 3 leaf I shall start one off for you .

I have just trimmed "Blueberry Fizz" and have put 3 babbies in a glass pot in a north facing shower room. I fell in love with it in a friend's hanging basket last year and was given permission to take a "slip". Has grown steadily all Winter up in the bathroom and is now out in the mini greenhouse. I look forward to sharing Fuchsia piccies with everyone as the season develops. :wub2:

Joolz in the 1st photo of my baby standard is only a 2 leaf a pair of leaves growing straight.

Look to the right of the photo and you can see the top of the fuchsias have 3 leaves.

I shall go and take a closer photo for you.

Yes please Jenny pm me if you would like tip cuttings.

Ok Joolz put a little cane a BQ skewer will do to start with and let them grow straight.

And you will get shoots coming out of stem as they grow as the side shoots get bigger take them off and these can be uses as tip cuttings.

I will tell you how to get the head as it grows taller.

                  Good luck .
