I did see that joolz, lovely garden and some lovely daylilies.
He grew all sorts of lilies Spruce not just daylilies, some alstromerias too

 

Hello folks. Recorded GW, haven't seen it yet. Looks like worth a look. Simbad, AR looks a bit iffy. Big orange throat looks a bit more like Africa. It's a pain not being able to get the red blacks right, don't think there's a picture on our database for same reason. Hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Thanks Pollie I didn't think it looked quite right, there's a picture on Tinkers the last one of the three and that looks fairly similar to mine???,I'll have to try and get a better picture this year,yes these colours never look right on camera I have a rose very similar colouring and its always hard to get right too, oh well another for the unknown list, still a lovely daylily whatever it is

Do these have to be lifted in the Winter?

I`ve got the chance of some freebies tomorrow. Just got to go and dig them up. No point though if they have to be lifted. I have unknown lillies in pots which stay out over winter and have had them 3 years now, so are these daylillies the same?

Day Lillies (Hemoracallis) are not bulbous lillies. They are perenial and hard as nails. Im sure they would be ok.
