I visited a local estate today that's open to the public. When I spotted these from a distance I thought they were grave stones. :) Not stone but wood.

Sorry Nick, I haven't got anything big enough to disguise them on the way out and the entrance/exit to the gardens are via the restaurant. I think I might get spotted. :heehee:

You've got all the answers Nick! :roflol: A hand bag plus flattery, if only it was that simple. :heehee:

On the other hand, do you work in wood? I'm sure you could put something like those together. Food for thought maybe. :)

This wonderful bench is in the grounds of Hole Park,Rolvenden near where we live. The place, open to Joe Public right now, is a mass of bluebells and wild garlic and the perfume just hits you ! What I love about this bench is that there is not a single nail in it. To die for.....

This is what the seats are facing. Now there's a challenge for you Nick! :heehee:

                      Speaking of seats.

I have recently made these rustic benches for a client.

I'm also still waiting for some mirror polished stainless steel tubes with circular bases to arrive for these two benches. Things always grind to a halt when you have to rely on someone else to do a job for you!:frown:

And one of my next projects is to take a tree trunk, lay it on its side and then carve roughly this shape into it to form the back rest of a love seat.

This is the best seat that I have ever seen. A real delight for children to be read stories by a teacher whilst the children sit on the outside circle. What superb imagination that someone had.

And this is probably the most comfortable outdoor seat that I have sat on.

I've now managed to find a photo that I had taken of the love seat idea.

And a couple of other seats by the same guy.
