          Actually, being slightly above 40 when I registered, I was pretty sensitive about members' ages, so I have remembered... :scratch:

                      If the Dartford Crossing didn't make it a possible problem it would be easy. When the road is clear I've done it to Battle in under an hour and a half (friends used to have a caravan down there) but if there is a hold up at the crossing it can take quite a bit longer.

                      Thank you for your encouragement but I haven't been behind the wheel for 7 weeks. I hope to drive for 25 mins on Thursday to our local hospice where I am a "Mary Anne" volunteer in Fund Raising. Foot gets puffy quickly so, sorry, I will have to decline this year. My best wishes to all of you, especially Mr and Mrs Shiney. Hoping weather will buck its ideas up by then.
                      Might have a rummage for a piccie though. Need a bit more Dutch courage....
