I've been working out in the sun all day, and have another session to do tomorrow (Barbarians playing, so should be a busy day) - I declined to don sunscreen this morning in the belief that I would be in the shade; that worked out to be a bit of a mistake, as I am burnt to a crisp and currently chucking enough heat out to warm the room

And the chances of me not being a stubborn mule tomorrow and actually putting sunscreen on??? Probably nil if I am being truthful

7.48am. Wall to wall blue, no breeze and 15c in the shade. I think this is the one that will beat all the rest so far,

I think your right Jenny, slight breeze here but the temperature has already hit 30.1 degrees here at just after 11am!!!! :hate-shocked: (it was around 1pm yesterday when it got to 30), our 4th day on the run with the temperature over 30 degrees, and previous 3 days were 25-29 degrees!!

Easily over 30 degrees here today, and definitely much warmer than yesterday - my arms and back of my neck are burnt to hell, and my face has somewhat 'caught the sun' - nice as it is to see, its a wee touch too warm for me.

Another gorgeous morning; if only it would stay like this a bit longer before warming up too much , currently 12 degrees, no wind, blue skies, a little bit of mist on the neighbouring field and dew on the grass....perfect...:)

Apparently we have a 50% chance of thunderstorms for later today and on Wednesday too but with temps still forecast to be 22-25 degrees. Back down to 17-20 by the end of the week though but dry...:dbgrtmb:

Heat has been building all week, every day above 30 and hit 36 on Saturday but sudden cool rain last night (thought we might get thunder as well) cooled everything down and now this morning it's blue blue sky and I think we're in for another hot one but with just a tiny breeze at the moment
