    I'd like to know how you guys are accessing the forum ... I have tried, IE, Google Chrome and Firefox, all using Nathan's link. It comes up faster but I can't seem to post ... :scratch:

      DNS updates kind of happen at different times for different people. A DNS tells a computer on the internet how to find the server that has the page you asked for. Between each of our computers, and the GC server, we will have to go through many different servers, each will have to know how to find the next one in the route. When you get a DNS update, each of those computers has to pass on the update to all its friends, who in turn pass on the update to all their neighbours etc etc so its like a ripple effect throughout the internet. The ripple will reach some of us before others, so some people will get the full speed early, others will be stuck on a route that goes twice round the world just to find a way through.

      Not tried that Jenny sorry. I can't change my avatar. It's all a bit bottom up at the moment I think. I have 'speed' though for the first time in months. :yes:

      Please give us some time as the DNS sorts itself out.

      We had 2 options

      1. Close the forum whilst the DNS sorts itself out.
      2. Leave the forum open, functionality a bit limited, but at least we can still communicate.

      We chose option 2, so that at least the forum was available to you all, and still functional (though slow :) ).

      So please bear with us.
