Bet its cloudy

No looking at it with the naked eye or through a telescope without a propper sun filter.

If you look at the sun thru a telescope or binoculars without a sun filter, it will be the last thing you ever see.

 

We had the Transit of Sun last week.
It's raining again now though.:patpat:

 

Going to have to get up early for this one.
It's only visible here for an hour or so after sunrise, just checked my local sunrise time on 6th June.....it's at 4:37.

 

Blimey, only just gone to bed by then, best open another bottle for it then

Do we know if Venus is big enough to show up on a card projection? Like we look at sunspots.

 

I caught it the last time, cannot remember when that was, I stuck a photo up in the pub!

Not many of them then, it seems that Ford just can't break into the Venusian market.

I hope Dim and Hydrogen don't see the little green man picture above ! This would be taken as conclusive proof of alien life on Earth by conspiracy theorists
