So how does one tell if Union Jack Flag bunting is being hung upside down?

EDIT: I've now worked out what's the 'wrong way' to hang bunting:

If the forecasters are right it's all going to get so soggy tomorrow that I doubt it'll matter which way round the flags/bunting are set up. I think the only way to have a successful street party in this country is to hold it in a polytunnel.

I wont be celebrating, but only because I'm a bit boring. The point of it is that our great monarch has achieved 60 years on the throne. For that alone, she deserves our utmost respect. That's a long time to spend on the throne. I once got food poisoning and spent about 36 hours mostly on the throne, and I thought that was a long time.

Hazardous, too. High risk of piles. Time to :mute: before we get exiled to Muppets Corner.

PS the Queen apparently has her own personal loo seat which travels with her.

If i was the queen i would be getting seriously fed up with people speculating about my toilet arrangements haha. Id imagine that a picture of the queen using her private toilet seat would be worth quite a bit in some circles :snork:

If Scotland get their independence then who knows Clara maybe they will offer the space to Wales lol....but would they still want to be on the flag then i wonder??

I don't know whether Wales would want to join in, Hydrogen. But I think this version of the flag looks quite cool:-

PS Dai (where is Dai, by the way? Has anyone heard from him?) always said he would never accept a dragon on a flag as a symbol of Wales. It had to be a leek or, at a push, a daffodil. :heehee:

They will be banished to the West while China sits there watching Capitalism eat its self.

They already control huge swathes of western industry, they know our system is inherently flawed, they have been flooding us with useless tat for years, knowing we will buy any sort of rubbish if its cheap.

All they have to do now is take a back seat & wait for us to realise the basic things we need are food, water & fuel.

Have you all checked your Union Flags for the "Made in China" label?
