      Looking superb :dbgrtmb:

Ssshhh! I wouldn't post too much about sprinkler systems during a drought order. You don't know who's looking in.

Of course, what you meant was it's a trickle feed or drip feed system :WINK1:

I'll be popping in Jenny but i felt i was deserting the kids over the past few months so decided to take a little garden break to spend time doing family things, especially whilst the weather is set fair. Ive given it until after the Jubilee weekend, then i'll be back on the case :blue thumb:

No drought order here shiney  Essex & Suffolk water never enforced any which is strange as the surrounding area's got one. Maybe we were just wetter than the others. I went to our local resevoir at the beggining of April, just before the deluge and it was virtually full.
Of course its a drip feed/trickle system, its so very quiet and you wouldnt know it was on :blue thumb:

Im back, after a week away.
The garden looks bone dry, i dont think we have had any rain. BUT its filled out massivly. So first thing was to water the pots and the Buxus.

                  Pic's to follow.

                        Weather Watch

RAIN. I haven’t seen a cloud for a week, its obviously been dry here and the first night back, monsoon rain. My butt was empty, this morning FULL. We must of had loads and its still going. Path footings FULL (well ok, exaggeration, 3 inches deep)

                        Mr G's Garden Watch

Had a quick look this AM in the drizzle. The Aquilegia have come on but have flopped. Will need staking. Will need to do lots of weeding. The bloody Jap Anemone keeps sprouting in different places so will need to week killer spray, im hoping to get it under control by the end of the year. Ive noticed that ive inadvertently moved some bind weed when moving some plants to the other side of the garden, again when its dry i will spray. The Weigeila are nearly done, will prune them soon. I think i may have lost my new Ribus, just didnt handle the lack of water for a week. Ive soaked it so fingers crossed.

Lots to do but cant do it in this weather. Ive got the hardcore/Type1 coming Wednesday so the next phase of the path will commence next week.

                        Pics to follow.

                        G
