Grew quick, very floppy, stems about two foot long, growing from a base of say five or six stems

Looks like a Pignut Jack, but don't go eating it yet, there are lots of poisonous ones in that family.

I'll have another look in the morning.

It's Herb Robert, pretty easy to pull up because it's so shallow rooted :blue thumb:

No, don't recon its Herb Robert John.

Maybe not Pignut but some sort of Umbellifer. The leaves are very distinctively opposite, not like a Geranium.

I planted seed Leeks in a container in the green house and these (2) appeared, and went wild, they pulled easily, but I was a bit reluctant to do it incase they were FOOD

Thought common fumitory from the KNOW YOUR WEEDS THREAD

The forming flower heads are WHITE

I take it it is a weed and I did right pulling it ?

The two were flimsy, large spreading, and sort of floating about the air and ground
They were in a container of Leeks in the GH, I thought they may be some sort of parsnip or something, but I could not wait and pulled them as a suspected weed
      Very nice

Yes but not in with my Tomatoes

Its Jack's turn with the Time Travelling Helicopter.

The leaves are right for fumitory, flowers usually tinged with purple though.

Fine Zigs, my ones never got to the flower stage, (not quite, just a small head of very small pre opening flowers, and although white, yes did have a sort of Dulux shade. "Hint of purple" )

On refelection anything that grows well in my garden is most certainly a weed

          Thanks all
