It will be local to your PC. The animation is something that your PC has to do (once it has downloaded the picture), so most likely something else it running and stealing horsepower such that your PC doesn't have enough left to do the animation. If you know how you could start Task Manager (Right Click the Task Bar) and see what task is taking the most CPU (on the "Processes" tab)
Have you got the free program CC Cleaner , Sheal, that gets rid of unwanted junk files, frees up your computer's capacity and makes it faster. You need to do it regularly, around once a week.
Yes thanks Armandii. I opted to do a computer clean up first instead of Kristen's suggestion. I haven't done it for a month and it looks like it was the way to go as it seems to have sorted itself out now.
