You're quite right to feel upset Pam! At an emotional time like this you think they would have more consideration and sympathy.

I'm sorry to hear you've lost your husband and I offer my condolences.

Glad to hear the car passed it's test. :)

Blimey, if they don't want to ring people because it upsets them, might I suggest they just may be in the wrong business.

Have you got a scattering ceremony planned?

Hi Pam I am so sorry to hear of your loss & to be spoken to like that is just dreadful by the undertakers..!! Not the sort of reaction one would have thought of from them at all..

I have been lucky I suppose with our local firm.. Nothing was too much for them each time & their sympathetic help was invaluable..!!

I hope you can put that rather unpleasant incident behind you & carry on with your plans now and I also think I would make sure I or any one else I knew didn't use them again..!!

I wish you well in your new future..

You wont get too much in the way of condolences from me Pam. Not being funny but i've lost close relatives & friends recently & I know where you are coming from so wont be pussyfooting about.

Tell me to shut up if i'm wrong, but i'm betting you just want to get it off your chest & don't want folk tip toeing around you?

Now what arrangement have you made or is it too soon yet?

My mate took his Step Dads ashes to his favorite fishing beach. And another close friend was sent on his way by being taken out by a Lobster Fishing Boat. Its what they would have wanted.

So sorry to hear the news.

The way the undertaker has handled this is atrocious. In the last few years I've inspected the procedures of a number of undertakers and never heard of such stupid ones
