      The cygnets are a good size, presume there isn't a Mink problem there.
      Did you know the Great White Egret (twice the size of the Little Egret) has nested at Shapwick Heath for the first time in the UK and raised three chicks? They are an uncommon visitor to these shores anyway so to have a pair breed is fantastic. Only thing is they ain't cute and fluffy.:smile:

        Didn't know that Strongy, I go to Shapwick now and again, although i've not been this year yet.

        Don't know about Mink but there are otters & Willow thinks shes seen a Coypu.

          I thought Coypus were exteminated in the 80's (by daleks:biggrin: )

            She described it to me, might have been a very big Rat, or a very small Capybara.
