Heavy to Very Heavy rain all day; a small brook round the corner from us has risen about 4-5ft this aftenoon and is within 1ft of spilling over on to a road. Just like a light switch though the rain stopped about 20 minutes ago, still very cloudy though so I have a feeling it won't be for long.........oh hang on its started again :snork:

Can't grumble about the temperatures though its very warm still...

I've just checked the Tide times, we are in spring tides this weekend, that means the tide will be at its highest as a record amount of water is trying to get out down the rivers:hate-shocked:

            Anyone near tidal rivers?

We've got tidal rivers. But the only one likely to flood is the 'Glass' in Douglas......says she with fingers crossed.

Thinks it's time to start building arks Zigs. :)

Also admiring some stunning cloud formations backlit by the setting sun....awesome :dbgrtmb:
