More aliens ??? Rt news

When I was a teenager and I used to train in the art of kung fu, part of the art is meditation to clear the mind, as a clear mind reacts much much faster than a cluttered one. The technique we were taught was to visualise an orange dot and try to focus on it until it was clear and stationary in the centre of our field of vision. For the first weeks of persistent trying, the best you get is random flashes of colour, but if you persist you get the orange dot, but can't hold it or keep it in focus. I'm told that after a much longer period of training, you can focus it and hold it. That video reminds me of that
