          Just heard back, the floods, while bad, didn't come up to Sis's plot & she managed to walk down to the Bay this morning. Had my mate worried for a bit as he parks his Saab next to the caravan. he lives in a second floor flat on the high street 7 was oblivious to it all:doh:
