Not been online for a while here and seen the site has all changed.

Anyway my plum tree which was fine 2 years ago is looking real bad. No plums but eaten leaves and very pale in colour. Last year it was not good either but am sure as I pruned it at the wrong time as the neighbour was having a new fence, this has certainly not helped. Should I take it out as the second year running looking very poorly. Thanks in advance! Lisa

Have a look and see if the leaves have a silvery sheen, Silver leaf is a disease plums are prone to if pruned at the wrong time. The lack of fruit might be just a frost at the time of blossoming, this happened to my young plum this year and despite lots of blossom, no fruit set.
It depends how big it is- might be worth starting again if it is small. have you any pictures?

      Hi Liz
Yes silvery grey and brown leaves too. It is 4ft and thought about taking it up as sounds just like you said. Only had plums the first year we moved in but think better to start again with it. Thanks for your message :)
