        He has done his back in has a traped nerve and is on co- codamol so probably a sleep most of the time, if you have a look at the thread "what jobs are you doing in the garden today" more info in their

          Nick, if you read this I sure hope you feel better soon!! Have been there, done that, and have scars to prove it ( surgery ). Let it get better before you try and do much. Don't make it WORSE! God Bless you Nick, you're in my prayers!

                To be honest about it when I saw the title "We're all thinking of you Folly Mon" I thought the bloke was nearly dead, or a near and dear one was ..................
                but to find out he only has a trapped nerve, would not "get better soon" been more appropriate.

                Ibuprofen 400 is the only tablet that gives me any respite when my back goes.
                Co-Codamol does nothing for me.
