What great photos. Isn't it great to see such beautiful blooms in this grotty weather. We've had two half decent days after two days of monsoons and some lovely flowers today.

He's called Symba Penny, tired him out all that cleaning he's fast asleep now :)
In answer to your other question, I haven't grown any from my own collected seed, every year I say I'm going to do a bit of hybridizing but still haven't got round to it.
This spring I did get some seed from the BHHS and here are a few of my seedlings, some lovely crosses can't wait :dancy:, there are around 50 smaller ones still in the greenhouse:biggrin:

So cute. We were completely flooded and having got all the plants ready was so wet couldn't get them in the car on Saturday, tunnel looked lovely. They e-mailed to ask us to go Sunday but didn't stop raining all day Saturday so couldn't get plants ready, heard later that it rained all day there. Getting a bit grumpy now. Just had the most amazing storm with huge hail stones, drive flooded and garden flattened just in time for daylily day.:eeew:

Oh what a shame Pollie:sad: , we had a good day yesterday in that it stayed dry all day and we did see a bit of that big yellow thing in the sky, forgot its name :heehee:, you can't have it all though it was really windy,I had 3 flowering for the first time 'Tomorrows Song' which had 4 flowers open!!!!!(really love this one :wub2:) 'Greywoods Nautical Nellie' that had a lovely polytepal flower and one of yours 'Milady Greensleeves'(lovely colouring) but before I could get a picture the wind had shredded them all :cry3:
Hope the weather improves for your daylily day :)

This summer is such a pain. We made the news yesterday, Terry's dad rang up panicking. They closed some of the roads and the local rail lines had to be closed because of flooding. Great morning, Webster's Pink Wonder had 8 blooms out together all about 10" and showing brilliantly. Then had another inch of rain after lunch. Could complain all night. Hope you have a good day tomorrow, south coast going to be bad again but may be a bit more showery so might get some time to tidy up and get gazebos up to hide under, Saturday looks awful. Glad you liked Milady Greensleeves, had a wonderful seedling from Tomorrow's Song out today, good shape and colour.

My goodness, hope the rains not done too much damage, never known a summer like it soooo much rain, we escaped the heavy rain yesterday did have a bit but nothing like you, hope the forecasters got it wrong and the weathers better for you today its not bad here.
Tomorrows Song is lovely isn't it just hoping the weathers good when the next buds open, what was yours crossed with ?, have a huge one trying to open today 'Watchyl Digital Scream' but some of the petals seem to be stuck together, is a first flower so sure the rest'll be better.
Here's a few that opened in the past couple of days :)
                  'Carrick Wildon'

Well, Day Lilies are not prominent in my borders but I do have two varieties in the borders......and on the compost heap. Here's how the compost Day Lily is looking today, while the ones in the border are still in bud.:snork:
