    The BBC Weather people have just announced that they believe the Jet Stream is on the move to the North of Scotland which should allow better weather at long last.......Whoopee!!:hapydancsmil::yes::snork:

      One of the questions ask was "good weather in time for the Olympics?" and the Weather Person nodded and said "Yes"......but let's see:dunno: . I won't be watching the Olympics as I've moved food and drink down to the Arbour and doing more interesting things like counting counting how many nails there are in my fencing.:snork:

          Well, if the Met Office have got their prediction right, loveweeds, then the Jet Stream will actually got to the North of Scotland [around the Shetland area] not North Scotland itself:thumbsup::snork:

            Bare in mind the jet stream mean suggests the stream will settle over northern England in the mid term, so only southern areas truly benefitting in the long run. Any ridging of the jet stream north of Scotland will be temporary for now
