    Looks like Philadelphus 'Mock Orange' ...if so it should have a wonderful scent ..

    No scent Dave and dont remember planting this so no idea how it has come into garden.

    In Brussels, single mock orange shrubs are common, often planted under trees in parks. They flower nicely and coolly but have little scent. There must be hundreds of varieties of philadelphus.
