        I would give my right arm to go there Catztail. I visited the west coast when i was a kid but dont really remember much of it.

        It's a similar climate to here on the north west coast. Seattle is one of my fave cities. Loads of really beautiful country out that way too.

          So Alaska has broken loose , due to global warming , shrunk to a 1/4 of its size and floated down to Acapulco ,but it can't get near the beach cos Hawaii got there first ! :chicken:

              Hydro just left out one word.

              It should read 'look south east of California'. They've got their map wrong! They show the southern tip of Texas as being further south than the southern tip of mainland Florida - and it isn't! Brownsville, Texas (southern tip) is about 50 miles further north than Cape Sable in the Everglades and is also further north than Miami.

              That's what you really meant, didn't you, Hydro? :snork:
