          Incredible prices, back in 1990 you could have picked one up for around £50k.

          Thats been the damage the banks have done to the housing market.

            I always tell Brad that if we win any money, thats where we are buying a "vacation property"...in England:blue thumb:

              I like how most of them are well over a million, and then one is POA, they daren't even tell people how much it is.

              Up our way, a 6 acre farm with house, outbuildings, camp site etc went for £625k recently.

              Its the "If you need to ask the price, you can't afford it" mentality.

              Its got to stupid money down here now. The bubble will burst though, a house is only worth what people can pay for it. If the banks won't lend the money then the prices will drop.

              I tried to buy this in 1994 but the banks wouldn't lend me the £95,000 asking price.
