help needed

My Son has recently moved into a new house and has inherited a semi neglected garden - I need help to identify varies plants - first one :-

 

My guess is Cow parsley or Angelica, but I think Angelica flowers are more yellow. Cheers, Tony.

 

It looks like Ground Elder, but i may be wrong
