Well, a good day was had. Didn't rain & wasn't too hot.

Met up with Miraflores & the Miniflores.

As usual, didn't get enough pics, hope Miraflores managed to get some better ones to add.

The Veg Show was a bit of a disaster this year. Last year the entire tent was filled with produce and there wasn't a space on the tables spare.

    This is this years offerings:sad:

Not suprising though, on top of the lack of summer & blight, half of Bridport was flooded out last month. Even the showground is still a bit spongy after being under 4 foot of water.

You can see from the video, the allotments were flooded too, one plotholder said he'd lost everything.

Hi everybody here is my little report on the show put together whilst running left and right after the little ones...
This year I noticed less people in the morning but a huge crowd starting from about lunch time up to the end, when the atmosphere is much more relaxed and there are little queues everywhere.
The weather was ideal this time, no mud in sight and therefore no boots needed.
The main attraction for us where as usual the animals (and Ziggy :biggrin:) so that is pretty much what you will see in the next pictures... 2012-08-23 11.51.42.jpg 2012-08-23 11.51.49.jpg 2012-08-23 11.52.19.jpg 2012-08-23 11.55.25.jpg 2012-08-23 11.56.05.jpg
                          more to come
