Would you really do that? Doesn't that reduce you to their level?

Sick in the head, socially-maladjusted, just plain bad, whatever, the culprits are probably just giving back what they've received in life, as do we all. There have always been people like that in society and maybe always will. It's possible to be deeply sorry for the dog without wreaking vengeance.

Sorry but I don't agree... Yes I would do that.. I feel sometimes like for like punishment does fit the crime...!!!
I have no sympathy for anyone who is cruel to an animal...... Animals do not understand what is going on as they trust humans..... Usually....

As a pacifist and a level headed wiseoldowl my instant response is to agree with Marley,s sentiments, but having had time to think about it ,I still agree with Marley:cool:

I cannot see how a just and thoughtful response to an act of despicable cruelty to an animal is to mete out (or even say you are willing to mete out) an act of despicable cruelty on a human being.

See, I see stories like this, and I'm not at all surprised. I think that 'our' level of cruelty is only limited by imagination.

          An interesting phrase, "human being"...

                Poor dog (and her owners!)

I'm pleased that two people are being investigated over this (hopefully, the right ones).
