          Glad they've won their injunction - now let's see the lowlife who took the photos jailed, as well as the editor. Maybe that would send a message in future, not just for Wills and Kate, but for anyone in the public eye who is spied on by peeping toms.

          The French Press have their own privacy laws which says that don't have to reveal sources ( snappers). Don't think it will get anywhere.

            As much as I'm not bothered by all this, it would be tremendously great if the Treason Act could be called into play. I once read the criteria, seems to fit to me. It has to be some kind of deliberate act to shame or harm the monarch, the monarch's immediately family or heirs, or the state.

            I'm not bothered about anyone going to jail or anything, but it would be great just to hear that someone is getting done for treason.

            It would certainly provide good sofa-entertainment for the nation. Perhaps it's time treason came back into vogue as a crime, probably hasn't been fashionable since Tudor times.

              I don't know about Tudor times but I know someone who was threatened with prosecution for treason in the 1950's!
