I saw something in a newspaper. One part in particular caught my eye. I can't quote it directly, but it was along the lines of... EADS "If this merger goes ahead, then we will reverse the decision to move wing production out of British factories"
Move wing production? That's the first I heard of any such move, and if true, they kept that quiet! It's more likely that it's a bargaining ploy. Dirty tricks...

Yes we have all that, unfortunately 8000 miles away from where they will be required, so we have no means of delivering the pay load

But in the meantime, corporation tax goes to the UK. British people get their wages, which mostly get spent in the UK. They pay their tax and NI, to the UK, and while spending their wages in the UK, they are enabling more employment locally in the UK.

When our local steelworks reopened, it was just the approx 1600 local lads that got their jobs back at the works that benefited. Tees port got much of its throughput back, meaning more local employment, and it will have been a massive boost for the local B&Bs that have always relied on contractors for the local works for their bread and butter custom.

You're not allowed to die in the house of commons. If you do, they won't issue a death certificate until you are outside of it.

Being a Royal Palace, if you die in one of those, you automatically get a full state funeral.
