Oh dear Woo,I and Mr Kandy are terribley sad to hear the news of the passing of Gypsy.

It only seems like yesterday when you were putting up photos of her as a young dog when you first joined the forum and we have all watched her grow and she has turned out to be a most beautiful friend and companion to both you and your family:smile:

Words cannot express the loss and sadness you must be going through at this time but please be strong{PMA }and remember that she is always with you now and to the end of your days by your side, wherever you go and whatever you do so please please remember all the good days that you had together and all the places you, Gypsy,Tiny and Penny visited over the last seven years and hold them close to your heart always my friend.xxxx:cry3:

I've just seen this thread and I am so sorry to hear this news, Woo. Words seem useless at these times, but you are all in my thoughts at this time. You made the hardest decision, but the right one for Gypsy.

Woo, I'm so sorry to hear about Gypsy. I don't know if any words I say can be of consolation as I know myself what a heartbreaking time it is, but she was beautiful and you gave her a wonderful, loving home.

I know the feeling when the Vet says "Sorry, there is nothing more we can do, it would be best to................"
Knowing that you have given an animal a good life and all that does not really help. It is still an awful decision to have to make.
The grief fades quicker than the fond memories though. You never forget the good times and at least you got to say goodbye.

Oh dear Woo how sad for you, we all hope to have those Last precious moments with them, but sometimes it just doesn't work out like that... I had a situation similar with a dog many years ago.. I think because you don't get those last shared moments it shocks you & knocks you for 6 even more, but you do pick yourself up & the more you talk about her & look at photos it will be raw, but at the same time does start the healing process & I know you still have your beloved Penny & Tiny who still need you.. We are all thinking of you & Mrs Woo here in the Marley house..

Thank you Shiney and Marley I told the vet that I was on my way and he said there was'nt any point as she was still under the anesthetic and I told him I was only 10 minutes probably 5 minutes(on my mobile) away but when I got there he had already given her the injection,my apologies for the mad smiley but I couldn't find an angry one:) If Veterinary surgeons had an ombudsman ,I would download the 15 page complaint form and send it to the Royal college of surgeons,(which I am seriously thinking of doing)the whole episode was a farce from start to finish, even when I collected her yesterday morning it was absolutely shocking,Thanks for listening to my rant:)
